Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by Cheque or cash direct at our PO Box address. To pay direct into our bank account contact our office to obtain bank details
We do not accept credit card details direct. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All our wigs are posted 1st Class unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery is free of charge for all orders in the UK (except Ireland and the Scottish Isles). We will do our upmost to deliver next day subject to orders being placed before 3.00pm and if stock is available. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail and told when that item is available.
All cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Voltage Accessories Ltd. All goods will be despatched upon clearance of your cheque/postal order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Wigs are guarantee to be sexy and fun. All watches have a 6 month gurantee against manufacturing faults. Batteries will be replaced up to 12 months from purchase free of charge, but a charge will be made for P&P on return - £2.50 per watch.

WiggyWoo.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Wigs
Refunds or exchanges are given on wigs if returned within 7 days.
Conditions do apply :
The wig must be in its orginal condition and orginal packaging.
It must not have been worn, restyled, brushed or smell of any strong odours.
All wigs returned will be inspected and if not to be found in the condition that it would have been recieved will result in no refund/exchange or only half the refund.
Charges will be made for post & packaging on return of wig on exchanges. We do not credit P&P for wigs returns.
Watches
All watches have a 6 month gurantee against manufacturing faults.
Batteries will be replaced up to 12 months from purchase free of charge, but a charge will be made for P&P on return - £2.50 per watch.
All returns must be phoned through to our office within 3 days of recieving order to obtain return order number (this must be written on the return).
